But my story begins in Bangladesh 🇧🇩
It started in Dhaka. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer Science from top Bangladeshi universities — where I first fell in love with clean code and smart systems.
I built my skills in local startups. Before moving to the U.S., I worked at software companies in Bangladesh — building, testing, and improving real-world products. I also began building a strong network of developers and QA engineers — professionals I knew had global potential.
Then came the U.S. chapter. I moved to the United States and joined high-performing QA teams — working side by side with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. That experience shaped my deep understanding of not just quality code, but quality collaboration.

We charge a monthly fee per hire which changes slightly dependent on the role. We can provide an exact quote once we have requirements for the role you're looking to fill. You don't pay us anything unless you approve the candidate.
Not technically — they’re employed by Fidelitus, but they work full-time for you. You can treat them like a dedicated, long-term member of your in-house team.
Most of our engineers overlap with your timezone for 4–5 hours during your workday (we call this sync time).The remaining 3–4 hours are used for focused work asynchronously.
